Dale
Tremblay-Begley is an award winning artist with a
passion for portraits. She especially loves to
portray children engaged in everyday activities
like playing with trains or cuddling with a
favorite Teddy bear. Animals, both domestic and in
the wild are also favorite subjects Pastel is her
preferred medium, although she occasionally uses
other mediums, such as charcoal, acrylic, and oils.

expression in her work that compels the viewer to
take a closer look. "I seek to capture the spirit
and inner beauty of the subjects that I portray,"
Dale says. "I am fascinated with the play of light,
and how it's effects can be used to express
uplifting moods. Viewers often tell me my paintings
have an almost magical quality".
