Georgina was primarily a landscape painter. She was inspired by the new England countryside that surrounded her home, and she kept strong ties with Europe through frequent visits. She felt a rapport with the bright colors, mountains and sunny skies of the Mediterranean countries where she spent the summers of her childhood.

Her aim was to capture realistically the atmosphere, antiquity and charm of the sights she saw and to convey these images to the viewer in an artistic way. She worked on a small scale on location and then back at her Amherst, New Hampshire studio she composed her paintings

Georgina was a juried member of the New Hampshire Artists Association, and an associate member of the New England Water Color Society. Her paintings hang in public and corporate collections in the United States, Europe, and New Zealand. She was an award winning artist that volunteered for many years at the Amherst Public Library.
